Our new ICT room

Rutherford House School families have raised enough money to pay for a brand new computing room for all our pupils.

Through fundraising efforts such as their Winter and Summer fairs, second hand uniform sales, and their big Spring Fling event, the Friends of Rutherford House School committee have raised an astonishing sum of £30,000 needed to kit out a new room dedicated to delivering a new part of the curriculum.

Headteacher Mr Farrell said: "We are very lucky at our school to have such supportive families who fundraise tirelessly in support of our commitment to providing the very best education for all of our children. Our new computing room is a fantastic development for our school, creating an exciting, state-of-the-art space for the teaching of computing lessons, an important part of our broad and engaging curriculum."
